CAFÉ Video Programme: The Joy of Hope

All are invited this upcoming Lenten season to join the Spirit & Life Community for a 4-part CAFÉ (Catholic Faith Exploration) video series titled “The Joy of Hope”. Filmed on the Greek Holy Island of Patmos, this inspirational course explores how to live joyfully in the hope of Eternal Life.

Each session includes video screenings, small group discussions, prayer, and a time of praise and worship. It is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your faith and find spiritual refreshment during Lent.
