Infant Baptisms for 2026 are scheduled as follows:

• 10 May

  • Closing date for applications on 19 April

  • Compulsory Preparatory Session on 3 May

• 23 August

  • Closing date for applications on 2 August

  • Compulsory Preparatory Session on 16 August

• 25 October

  • Closing date for applications on 4 October

  • Compulsory Preparatory Session on 18 October

Both the Preparatory Session and Infant Baptism is at 3pm

General Information

You are required to have at least one godparent for your child and the official limit on the Baptism Certificate is two godparents. The godparents must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation and are practising Catholics.

Parents and godparent(s) are to take care that the baptism name given is acceptable to the Christian faith.

Both parents and all godparents are required to attend the infant baptism Preparatory Session before your child is baptised.
