World Youth Day 2027: Pilgrimage to Korea & Japan

You might have travelled to Korea and Japan as a tourist, but have you ever gone as a pilgrim? 😉

Well, with World Youth Day (WYD) 2027 on the horizon, this is your chance! Happening in Seoul this time, it’s a beautiful opportunity to come together as universal Church. 😌

The theme for WYD27 is from John 16:33, "Take courage! I have overcome the world" and it isn't just a quote, it's an invitation. A call to move in greater faith, joy, and love for Christ and for His Church! 🙏

And who better to show us how to live in courage than the martyrs — the brave men and women who gave everything for the sake of the Gospel. ♥️ Our pre-WYD programme will begin in Nagasaki, Japan and various cities in Korea before we finally enter Seoul for WYD27.
