Youth Companions Needed

RCIY is looking for Youth Companions aged 19 and above who have experience facilitating retreats, catechesis sessions, or youth community gatherings, and are able to commit to the full journey from July 2026 to April 2027.

As a Youth Companion, you will journey alongside our Inquirers - listening to their stories, supporting them in their questions, and helping them encounter God in a deeper way. More than teaching, it is about being present, building trust, and walking with them through an important season of faith.

It is a meaningful and rewarding experience, not only for the Inquirers, but often for the Companions themselves as well.
